How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 personalized video rendered. The video is final and cannot be regenerated — pick the template and assets carefully before generating.
- Re-edits consume credits. Each new version is treated as a new render — free re-editing is not included in the plans.
- Subscription bonuses (2 or 5 videos depending on the plan) are credited at signup and do not consume monthly renewal credits.

Are the videos AI-generated?
Templates are parameterized — you combine template + your photos + your brand's copy, and the platform renders the video automatically. Template curation is done by our creative studio.
In what format is the video delivered?
Videos are rendered in 9:16 format (1080×1920), native to Instagram Stories and Reels. The final file is an MP4 you download and publish directly — no need to reformat or crop.
Do you deliver the caption and hashtags?
Yes. Along with the video, you receive the suggested caption and relevant hashtags for the template's niche. Just copy and paste on Instagram when publishing.
How do I send my photos?
Through the platform dashboard, after selecting the template. You upload your portfolio photos, write the hook and CTA copy, and confirm the render. No software install, all via browser.
Who owns the generated video?
The rendered video belongs to the customer. You can publish, repost, use in paid ads, and archive it freely. Conteúdo de Vitrine retains rights only over the templates and visual aesthetic.
Does it work for Reels and Stories?
Yes, both. The native 9:16 format serves both Stories (24h) and Reels (permanent). The same video can be published on both surfaces without reformatting.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
The Monthly plan can be canceled anytime without penalty. The Quarterly and Annual plans have a commitment period (3 and 12 months respectively) — you can stop renewal at cycle end.
Where is the brand located?
Fully Brazilian operation. Service in Portuguese, support during Brazilian business hours, and direct contact via Instagram @conteudevitrine.
